MagicRadio powstało 17.02.2003r., kiedy to powstawały takie radia jak: FTB, TechnoPower (TP) oraz LTM (Listen To Music), a także InterStacja. Pierwszymi założycielami radia byli: DjLoona - Agnieszka, Zipero - Mateusz, Bumtalala - Marzena oraz Goofy - Piotrek.

Największy rozkwit MagicRadio przeżywało w latach 2005 - 2008. Następnie wiele radyjek internetowych zostało zamkniętych. Ale my nadal istniejemy dzięki naszym słuchaczom oraz ekipie i zarządowi.
